Eden involves itself in residential, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use development projects. Our core business is residential rental projects with a commercial node connected. Eden has the capability to:

Eden has the experience and track record in all aspects of development including sourcing of the opportunity, conception and implementation of the business plan, financing, construction, leasing and sales as well as divestment or management of the finished product.
